JoaoModeratorHi There,
It looks like your CSS isn´t loading.
I tried to login on your website but the credentials above no longer works.
Let´s do this: Go to Appereance > Themes and Select Main X Theme instead of your Child Theme, check your website, if everything works well, if it does you most likely needs to update your Child Theme, follow this link:
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/
If that is not the case,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that does not work please provide WP Admin and FTP working credentials in a private reply.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHI There,
Change this:
/* modified by X staff * please refer to this thread: * https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/ * @import url( '../x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/renew.css' ); */For this:
@import url( '../x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/renew.css' );Make sure you don´t have it there :
@import url( '../x/framework/css/site/stacks/renew.css' );I could not download the Style CSS from your FTP it keeps disconnecting me.
Please take a good look and you will be able to solve it.
Hope that helps
Joao

EPLParticipantI re-activated the “@ import url”-line and switched back to the child theme, but it still crashed the site…
I installed the “new” child theme now and it seems to work… In case it breaks again, I’ll report it again 🙂
Thanks for your help! Best regards!
