margjordanParticipantAfter the last update my site no longer loads and I cannot access the admin panel. At first it was eternal spinning of the cornerstone logo, then no access at all when I tried to refresh.

margjordanParticipantSeems to have been a RevSlider issue. I removed via FTP revslider from the plugin folder, after after getting this error :
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.Now how to reinstall rev slider without losing to ability to update site, including the making suggested trouble shoot changes?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Make sure to update X and Cornerstone to latest version first. Then try installing Revolution Slider from X Addons menu.
Let us know if you face any other issue.
Cheers!

margjordanParticipantI have updated both x, and cornerstone as well as revslider, this is when the issue occurred. I have read the forums, I have no CDN or caching plugins that might interfere. I understand there have been issues with Revolution slider in the last update. OF course I cannot get support from RevSlider because I do not have a license from them. So themco is the only place to get help.
I am unable to troubleshoot because whenever Revslider is enabled, my site either locks up, logs me out, or doesn’t load at all. the plug in installed on the addon menu, and the latest version just causes trouble when enabled.

margjordanParticipantAlso, in trying to start over, I deleted the plug in, RevSlider. Now ehen I try to install through the addon menu I get the message ” you don’t have wordpress permissions to install plugins” yet I am able to install plugins though the plug in panel. Just not this one, because it is bundled with X

margjordanParticipantThe issue is still the same. When Revslider is activated anything I try to do i the admin panel takes an inordinate amount of time because each page load takes over 10 minutes. When I disable revslider everything works fine.
Also I still have the issue of not being able to activate any additional addons from the addon panel. I still get the message ” you don’t have wordpress permissions to install plugins” yet I am able to install plugins though the plug in panel.
At this point I have dealt with living without a slider but the inability to add any other addons is troublesome.

RahulModeratorHi,
You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Hope that helps
