    did some trial and error:

    i need the static top menu all the time.
    but the second menu (one page nav) seems to be always fixed top.
    that would be a deal breaker in my case!
    would it be possible to set the alternative menu to static top, too?

    Please add the following code to Appereanece > Customizer > Custom > CSS

    .site, .x-navbar.x-navbar-fixed-top.x-container.max.width {
    position: static !important;
}
