Hi I have a question about the mobile view on one of my pages.

The video won’t scale on mobile view. Is there something I can do to fix that?

I suggest that you use the Pro Editor to add the page and there you will find a Video Element which will give you detailed control over the Youtube Video which you want to show and it will be responsive.
I suggest that you read the Cornerstone / Content Builder articles of the list below to get familiar with the builder and the Elements section to get to know different elements that you can use for your headings and text of the page:
