I bought theme x 2 years back for one of my website. i have since deleted the domain name and need to use same license and parent version for new website domaine name rupeeblockchain.org.
from where do i download the parent theme again?

in your Account > Manage License section you can delete and regenerate your API key as often as you wish so transferring the the license is no problem at all. If you would like to have a dedicated account with the purchase code instead then you would need to get in touch with us and we would have to remove the purchase code from your account so you can create a new one.

i am there but there is no place to regenerate the code.
when i try to uploaded the perviously downloaded parent theme on wordpress it says files missing. so i basically need new software zip file to upload my theme on wordpress

Sorry for the confusion. To download the latest version of X theme, login to your ThemeForest Envato account. Here’s the step by step guide for that (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-theme-installation/54).
To validate your site, please review the following guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55).
PS: When you download the zip file from your ThemeForest account, you need to extract that zip file to get the x.zip file which is the actual theme directory which you can directly install through Appearance -> Themes section.
