License not being recognised

Setup a new site yesterday, applied X theme and the license, all was working fine.

Came to edit it this evening and the license is not recognised. I’ve changed the site on my account (might be an issue its not a “standard” domain, its a .studio)

I’ve also tried http://,www. etc with no joy.

I get the error:

Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

within wordpress activation module, however when i click the hyperlink ‘details’ it shows a blank popup.

Thanks for writing in! ​To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account (https://theme.co/apex/licenses) and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation, and insert the license code.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
