Hi There,
I would like to check your website but it’s under construction mode.
Could you please turn it off or provide us with your admin account so we can take a closer look?
Thank you.
Hello Thai, thanks for your answer, I desactivated the under construction mode, you can access to the blog

Hi Mohamed,
Try adding a class to your coverplus form
Then add this in Theme Options > CSS
.mymodal .cp-module .col-xs-12 {
width: 100% !important;
}
Hope that helps
Hi Paul, thanks for your answer
unfortunately, still doesn’t work
Cheers
Mohamed
Hello Mohamed,
To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look at your settings? To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288
Thank you.
Hi RueNel
Please find my credentials in the secure note
Thanks for your help

Hello Mohamed,
Thanks for updating in! I have checked your site and it turns out that you are trying to insert a modal popup form in your sidebar. Please understand that what you are doing is incorrect way of using the modal popup. Your sidebar is only 25% of the content area which is aproximately 250 pixel wide and your modal popup width is 750 pixels. Whatever we do with custom css, we cannot fit a 750 wide content on a sidebar that is only 250 wide.
If you want to use the full potential of the ConvertPlus and the modal popup, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-convertplus/66
I am guessing that you want to display a form in your sidebar, you might want to check out Email Forms extension instead which you can check out here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-email-forms/82
Hope this helps.
Thanks RueNel

Regarding the Email Forms extension, I haven’t checked yet but does it propose several and good design?
I have bought convertplus extension in part for that purpose… bit disappointed since even insert an info bar causes issues as per some topics in the forum, this one for example
Hey Mohamed,
The Email Forms extension is perfect for sidebar displays as you can see in our demo at http://demo.theme.co/email-forms/. It has customization options you can enable to achieve the demo styles.
The Info Bar is not good to be used if you’re using a sticky or fixed menu. You should only use it for static header.
Thanks.
