Display content on button click

Hello, I would like to display on a form but only after the user clicks a button to display the form. Is this possible using normal Cornerstone/X functionality? Thanks in advance.

Is it safe to assume you wish to display form in lightbox upon clicking the button? If yes, the easiest option would be to use Convertplug plugin. You can take a look at the following tutorial and video screencast to get started with ConvertPlug.
