Can't find Cornerstone in newly purchased X theme

Hi there,

I’ve purchased the X theme on 24th, looking to activate the Cornerstone plugin, but I don’t see it in the list of extensions, which come with the theme.

Is there any way to download and install it manually?

Thanks for asking!

There is no need for separate cornerstone installation! Just install the theme and validate the site, the cornerstone will automatically install and active on the site.

Please check the theme installation and Validation guide.

I have already installed the theme and entered my purchase code, but I don’t see the Cornerstone extension anywhere.

Hi there,

It seems to be because of your site’s security.

Try manually installing Cornerstone through FTP.

You can do this by logging in through FTP and getting the cornerstone install file in wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins then copy the cornerstone.zip to wp-content/plugins then unzip the file.

Log back in to the admin and enable Cornerstone from the plugins page.

How can I get the cornerstone.zip though? I checked the extensions folder in downloaded theme and it’s not there. Also, not sure where to find the cornerstone install file.
