HI,

I got a notification on Wordpress Dashboard to update to the latest version of Slider Revolution 6.1.7. We deploy our updates through Github. Please provide me the zip file of the latest version.

Hi @Mangtum,

Thank you for writing in, update your Revolution Slider from Dashboard > Updates, after it successfully updates click the Show details

There you’ll see the link to zip file.

If you already updated the Revolution Slider to 6.1.7, navigate to /wp-content/plugins and then zip the revslider folder. You can now then use that zip file.

Sorry but as mentioned we do not update anything from wordpress dashboard, all updates happen through Github. In there a way to download it, like in this forum

Hey @Mangtum,

I’m sorry but we do not provide zip files of the bundled third-party plugins. Lely didn’t know that.

What you can do is set up a validated staging site on your computer and use it to download the plugins. You can then zip them up.

We do have a dev site but the dev site does not give an option to update, may be the license is only for the production site.

Hey @Mangtum,

A license allows for 1 production site and 1 staging site. Add your staging domain in your Licenses page.
