Z-index of elements is disturbing the design

Hey I’m having a pop up on a page which having the z-index value to the highest i.e. 20000. But than a banner with image element is covering my pop up and the footer too. I tried soo many ways but not able to send the elements to the back of pop up .

you can see how that blue element and the text of footer is coming to front. Please help me to fix this.
To open the pop up please click on any of the share node which is present with the product.

It seems that there is an issue with the z-index I would suggest you go to the Banner image section set the z-index as -9 and recheck it again. Please note you must purge all the browser cache or check it in the private mode of the browser and check it again.
