You need to set your image as background to be able to put text over it.
Please remove your image element then add this in Inline Style Field of your column where your text resides.
background:url('https://i1.wp.com/www.splashdesign.co/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/splash5.png') top center no-repeat;background-size:contain;
