YT video not playing in Slider revolution

Hi there,
The video in the slider revolution has suddenly stopped playing.
It was working until a couple of days ago and now - nothing.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks for writing in! I have tested loading your site and several times and I can see the video is autoplaying (https://screencast.com/t/hmAhsUmFdIp).

Could you please try clearing your browser cache and re-test this issue again. If you’re still having issues, I suggest that you add the video as a Layer of the slider and not the background of it. To do so please kindly follow the article below:

Hi,
Yeah I tried clearing cache and everything.
Thing is, it’s not the first time this has happened so I’m not sure what the problem might be :frowning:

Guess I’ll have to try the layer thing.

Any idea what might be causing it? Seems a bit strange this feature isn’t working…

Hi,

I can see you have incompatible version of the theme and cornerstone.

Please update theme and cornerstone to latest version and see if that fixes the issue.

X 6.2.2, Cornerstone 3.2.2

Don’t forget to clear plugin cache and browser cache after the update.
