Youtube embeds adding black bars depending on browser window width

Hello

The following page adds black bars inside of the youtube video during playback depending on what width/height the browser window is currently.

Is there a way to modify the css or something like this to make the video size static or shift in a way that will not introduce these black bars into the video frame?
