Youtube API could not be loaded! please check and renew ssl certificate

i had basicly a similar issue before …!

i deleted chache. i used incognito browser window… its the newest version of the browser. ssl certificate is renewed. i saw the same issue by visitors of the page using mouseflow .

MEANS: its not only on my end!!!

what could cause that?

Thanks for posting in! I could not replicate the issue. When I visit your site, I see the Youtube video right away.

This could be something in your browser that asks for cookies or that is not related to the theme.

i am a bit angry due to the reason, that i mentioned, THAT IT IS NOT ONLY IN MY BROWSER AND THAT IT IS NOT ONLY ON MY END.

… then to get an answer it is something in MY browser is just ridiculess, in my humble opinion.

  1. to deny, that this is a serious issue, just because you cant replicate and to push the blame away is not helpful!!! could it be, that it is connected to european private data regulaations and you can´t recreate it, due to not being the EU?

  2. did you understand, that the issue disappears on my end, as soon as i accept the cookies?

can you please answer the questions from 1 to 5 and with stating which answer belongs to which question, by naming the answer from 1 to 5? meaning following the above system and not answering randomly!

I used private browsing mode and I was able to replicate the issue.

This could be an issue with the Slider Revolution plugin. We will forward this issue to the creators of the plugin.
