Thanks for reaching out.

The WooCommerce files in our theme will be updated on the next cycle of our updates but if you wish to update with yourself, please follow the instruction below.

I just check the x/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php and compare it to Woocommerce core version 4.3.0, they are just the same and no changes in the files. If you want that the template is fully updated, just go and edit this file x/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php then just update the version from 3.6.0 to 4.3.0

And also, in your x/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php just also change the version from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0 because they are just the same they are just changing the version for consistency.
