How much time i need to wait to have an answer on my question???
I post a question yesterday and till now i didn’t get the answer.
An irrelevant answer from your side doesn’t not mean your support team is efficient as long as i didn’t get the answer i need.

- It depends on the number of threads that is posted before your own thread. Please understand that we respond from oldest or from the last recorded response in your thread. Self responding or bumping your post pushes it back in our Queue system so it takes longer to respond to.
If you haven’t got your answer yet, there must have been a confusion or that the staff wasn’t able to get the question clearly. We apologize for that.
We will be responding all your other thread in queue shortly.
