Your license of X is not validated

I purchased x and pro license, I started working in a staging server and manage to register the x license. However, when I copied x them to my production server and tried to register it by entering the code and hit enter, I don’t get any where and receive blank screen (http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php? and the x them still not registered.

Hi there @sanjakam,

Thanks for writing in, if you’re getting a blank screen, there’s going to be some kind of PHP error.

Can you change WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php from false to true. Then try and validate again and let us know any errors that output.

Hey There,

If you are not seeing any errors we will need the WordPress admin login credentials to be able to troubleshoot this for you. You can add them in a secure note.

Could you please ask your hosting provider to update your current PHP version (v5.4.45) to at least v5.6.x or later and also ask them to check your cURL configurations.

We updated the PHP to v5.6.30 and still facing the same issue and unable to activate my license.

Upon further testing, there was a issue with your .htaccess file as well. I have renamed your htaccess file as OLD_htaccess.

Also there were some unusual issues like some of your theme files were corrupted as such. I have resolved everything and now you should be able validate your site.

Dear,
I manage to register the x license. But when I try to activate the pro version, the WP give me a blank page and I am not able to access the WP-admin page, this is the error message:

This page isn’t working

www.mysite.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500.

this is the second time we face this issue and we had to reinstall worpress on the server, the second time things worked well until I tried to activate the Pro license

Please help

I manage to solve the problem by renaming […\themes\pro] folder to […\themes\pro-old] and install PRO theme again.

I put in the X pro license and yet it is not switching to X pro. This is my 4th license why is it not working?

NVM I was a idiot I hadn’t upload the pro version zip file. Sorry. :slight_smile:
