I put the code in and press enter. It turned into a white blank page and nothing happens. I cant update any features plugins from themeco.

I deactivated all 3rd party plugins, still cant resolve the issue.

Would you please help?

I did that the suggested solution. I deleted X theme and reinstall but it said that the license code is not valid.

“We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

Thanks for asking.

I checked the website URLs that’s listed in licence page. I see that you are using fairly old version of X Theme and Cornerstone. Please update X Theme, Cornerstone and then try to validate. For more information, please take a look at the solution mentioned in following ticket.
