Your license of Pro is not validated

Hi, I frequently have the same problem where I submit my licence code (Pro Unlimited) and the initial message says ‘Congratulations, your site is now validated!’, but then reverts to the previous screen that said

"You’re almost finished!
Your license of Pro is not validated. "

It doesn’t seem to make any difference what I do. I have removed the sites from my Themeco Pro Unlimited page and then put the licence key in fresh, but it just won’t accept it.

I’ve updated to the latest version of the theme manually, but it would be useful to be able to update via WP-Admin.

It’s been an issue for about a year, but usually it sorts itself out. This time it’s been a few weeks since the site went live and it still won’t accept the licence key.

Thank you for writing in, sorry I was not able to investigate the issue, I was able to validate the site on the first attempt. But this kind of issue you describe is commonly caused by a caching feature.

Hi Friech,

thanks for looking into it. I assumed a caching problem too, but I cleared all the caches and it just didn’t seem to make a difference.
