Currently, I am on a monthly billing plan of 9 USD, and it seems that Themeco was unable to process the recent monthly payment through PayPal.

To address this matter, I have already verified my PayPal account to ensure that the payment method is up-to-date and has sufficient funds. However, the problem persists. I have checked your Themeco Account and found that the account is active, and you can use the License to validate the website listed on it. If that is not working, there might be a few different reasons for this issue.
I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The new pricing for the subscription plan is $99 USD, as opposed to the previous $9 USD. However, I am wondering if there is a possibility to continue with the monthly subscription plan that I have been using for Themeco, especially considering our loyal usage of their services for over a year.

It is fine, but if you compared it with your previous subscription which is monthly and now it will be yearly. So the cost might be lesser than the previous one.
