I grabbed a Pro license for my site when it was on my dev server. Now I launched the site under it’s permanent domain name, deleted the license out of my account and then grabbed a new one for the live site and it says its validated but then it says “Your license of Pro is not validated”. The dev site was “butler-towing-and-scrapiron.local” and the live site im trying to validate now is “https://www.butlertowingandscrapiron.com/” can you fix this?

Thank you for writing in, Please provide us login credentials in a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.
In the meantime, try using your browser’s private/incognito mode where there is no caching and browser extension involve.

validating the site while in private mode in my browser fixed it. i should have done that first but thanks for leading me in the right direction. another question related to this - how do i find the validation code for my validated sites in my theme.co account? is there no way?
Hi Cory,
As you are using the Pro Unlimited, you need to click into the Add New Site at the Bottom of that section to find the license attached with the Pro Unlimited.
