Apologies if this has been asked a million times, or if it’s in the wrong section.

I bought the X-theme a couple of years ago, but the designer never used it. I’ve tried installing it today and get the error as per the title.

I can’t seem to revoke the licence - there doesn’t seem to be an option for it unless I’m looking in the wrong place.

What to do next please?

Im back here after deleting the site it was originally asigned to. Also I edited the website details via apex dashboard. but still my site is saying :Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Hi @Stephen1

I’ve checked this issue for you, and I can tell that you can’t use both licenses assigned to your account at the same time, as it’s only one X license that has been converted to Pro license, so you can only use Pro license now, please check this screenshot:
