Good morning,

I am trying to integrate an ID verification system called Yoti in to wordpress. Recently I have found they have a Digital ID verification process where you can use a link - when clicked the user is presented with a QR code and they are requested to use the Yoti mobile app - the client scans the app goes through the verification process - once completed successfully they are directed to a different url on the website.

So, my question is how can I incorporate this is to a form (Gravity forms… or something else if easier). I am looking for either the initial information entered in to the form to be verified or for the client to go through the Yoti process first and then be directed to the form hopefully partially completed with the verified information.

As it is a 3rd party service, I would suggest you contact them on this. Please remember that 3rd Party service codes or settings are beyond the scope of our Theme Support.

We answer customization in the One service. That means if you get stuck on something while doing customization, we will answer it.
