Yoast SEO not picking up Cornerstone content correctly

Hi, I am trying to optimise my site SEO using Yoast SEO, however it does not look like Yoast is able to pick up my content correctly.

I am getting these two notices from Yoast:

  1. The focus keyword doesn’t appear in the first paragraph of the copy. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.
  2. The text contains 48 words. This is far below the recommended minimum of 300 words. Add more content that is relevant for the topic.

Both these statements are false as per the content entered on the page using Cornerstone. There are more than 48 words on the page, and my focus keyword DOES appear in the first paragraph… this tells me Yaost is not working correctly with Cornerstone, or not picking up the content? and I am worried that this affects my website SEO.
