Yoast: SEO content analysis

I’ve gone through the numerous postings on his topic and I am still a tad perplexed on why the content is not being read by Yoast. Well, Yoast sees 19 words… of course, there are more.

All themes, plugins, etc are up to date. Only using V2 elements.

As a test, I went into text mode and I clearly see all the content in the cs_seo wrapper.

Any other places to poke around?

If it is a known issue I am good with that, just looking for a tad bit of clarity for me and my clients.

Thanks!

Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear what issue you are having. To recognize the problem we need to investigate it through the Admin Dashboard of the specific page where you are having such a problem. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific page where you are having such a problem.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Sure thing. I will load it up for you in the secure note. Thank you!

Hello Michael,

I have saved your page as a template and imported it in my local testing server. The Yoast SEO plugin is counting the words on the page correctly on my end. It could be that I am using the Pro theme 5.1.5 while you are using an older version. Please check out this video:

If you go to Pro > Validation, you are seeing Pro 5.2.0-beta1. This is because you have edited your wp-config.php file and added this line: define( 'THEMECO_PRERELEASES', true );. Please edit your wp-config.php file first and then set the Themeco Pre-release to false so that you can update the Pro theme to version 5.1.5. After the update, please clear all your plugin cache and browser cache before testing your site again.

kindly let us know how it goes.
