Yoast Readability not working for some users on Pro

On WordPress 4.9.8 with Pro 2.3.8 and Yoast 9.0.2

Yoast Readability works for 2 users but not the 3rd?

For the 3rd user getting

Not enough content: Please add some content to enable a good analysis.

All 3 users are Administrators and all Yoast settings identical. Set up a 4th test user and that doesn’t work. Is there some conflict between Pro and Yoast?

Hello @MarkHD,

Thanks for writing in! Does the analysis took place in one single article, page or post in 3 different users? Or does this happens in 3 separate article, page or post with 3 different users? If that is the case, then maybe the third article, page or post does not have enough content as the message has said.

Please provide further clarifications. Thanks.

It’s the same page. There are 10 pages. All 10 work for users 1 and 2 and all 10 fail for users 3 and 4.

It’s almost as if Yoast is only licensed for 2 users or is it something in X Pro stopping Yoast reading the content?

Hi @markhd,

This is my first time seeing this kind of issue, something specific to users. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and the login credentials for those user accounts?

Thanks!

Hi, see below

Hello Mark,

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in to your site and I can confirm the issue. This could be a bug in the plugin itself. I would recommend that you contact the creators of Yoast SEO plugin so that they will be informed about this. At the same time, I will also inform our developers so that they can investigate the issue further.

Thank you for your understanding.
