It seems that the conversation should be moved to support forum at this point.
Hello There,
Thanks for posting in! Are you using Yoast SEO premium? I have installed Yoast and I could not locate the prominent words. I am guessing that this feature is only visible in the premium version. Would you mind providing us some access to the site so that we can take a closer look?
Regards.
Yes, it is premium version.
See attached for credentials…
Hello There,
I have logged in and investigated Prominent Words in your premium Yoast SEO plugin. It turns out that this is something built in within the plugin. I have tried disabling all the features in the plugin and yet it is still showing in the media gallery. You can not turn it off. It maybe possible with custom development. Yoast developers should be able to give a simply instruction on how to turn this feature off if you do not want this. Regretfully since this is a 3rd party plugin, we cannot help you as we are not that familiar of this plugin. It is best that you communicate with the plugin author for a quick resolution.
Thank you for your understanding.
Just like Yoast…X has now pointed the finger back to them.
Upon follow up with Yoast…not great news…they claim it is the Theme design issue that is causing it.

Hello Rick,
Thanks for getting back to us with more information.
Prominent words in our plugin are created as private taxonomies. The problem is that the theme you are using is showing private taxonomies and it shouldn’t do that (as they’re for internal use only). Unfortunately, this is something we are unable to solve.
We’d recommend you reach out to the developers of your theme and bring this issue to their attention. They’ll be able to look further into this issue and find a solution.
Please, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Rick,
Thanks for your email!
Yes, in order to disable “prominent words” lists from being visible in Readability section, you would need to turn off the Insights option in SEO > Features > Insights. This should hide prominent words list in Readability tab of Yoast SEO Metabox.
If this option is not working for you, we think this is an issue specific to your website. Therefore, we would like to get access to the WordPress admin of your website. This will allow us to look at your specific setup and help us find a solution.
For increased security, we advise you to create a new admin user for us. Please also include a link to your admin login page, for example: http://www.example.com/wp-admin/
Please let us know if you’ve anymore questions.
Thanks and regards,
Suwash

Is there a way to “clean” previous posts if this does indeed work? How do I get rid of the viewable area in the media for instance?

… I don’t want “prominent words” enabled in my Yoast.
How do I turn it off?
It is messing with everything from:
Showing up in the media library. Showing up in areas where categories would be listed (see video 2 below). Being available as archive pages…list goes on.

Hi there,
I watched the video, the Prominent words
is certainly not added to our theme to the Media Library. The theme has no taxonomy integration in that area.
But for the second video, I can’t tell if it’s the same as your site have now, it looks different and it uses The Grid. Or is it really the grid or it was X default blog page? Could you set it up again so we could investigate further? And please provide your FTP login credentials so we could test the template directly.
Thanks!
Was everything put back as it was when you went in?
Hi there,
We did not go to your website as my colleague mentioned we checked the video and checked our installation of the theme.
There is one simple solution to see if this is theme related or not. Kindly change the theme temporarily to default WordPress theme and check the case.
Meanwhile, you can also have all plugins including the Cornerstone off and only have the Yoast on for your testing.
Thank you.
