Yoast Premium and Yoast Local

Are Yoast Premium and Yoast Local supported and do they work properly on the X-Theme… Is there concerns using them or should I avoid their use?
I know this has been a topic for a while, not sure if there are updates on the back end that improved the compatibility of them?
