Yoast not finding text on pages in Pro

yoast does not seem to work well with pro
is there any training or way to show how to do this?

Hey Bruce,

If you’re using the latest version of Pro, Yoast SEO should be able to read the text. Please ensure that everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Remember to follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update for more details.

Also contact Yoast SEO support to learn how to reanalyze your page’s content.

Thanks.

Hi Christian, I agree with Bruce. I have read all the forum posts about Yoast and I have read all your comments sending people to the same links with the same advice but no real solutions. I have contacted Yoast support and as recently as this morning, they say that they really don’t work well with 3rd party page builders. I have had inconsistent luck with Cornerstone and Pro. Some pages will grade out fine and some will not be seen well at all. Does Themeco plan to talk to Yoast about how to work together?

Hey @mcjensen,

Thanks for your feedback. Would you mind detailing what can’t be seen? Please provide screenshots of the Yoast SEO analysis result and the elements that can’t be seen and I’ll post the issue in our tracker if I can replicate it on my end.

Cornerstone and our Content Builder now is outputting the live contents in the Content Area of WordPress so SEO plugins could read it.

We’re open to fix anything if proven to be a bug or problem on our side.

Regarding talks to Yoast SEO developers, regretfully, we don’t have news about that.

Thanks.
