Yoast is not picking up word count of blogs

Hi there. I’m new to PRO and Yoast…have Yoast Premium on two sites. My developer used PRO on one of my new sites and I’m having trouble with Yoast and PRO playing nicely together. I’m not techy and just want to learn the easiest way to get around this glitch. My word count is coming up as zero in my 2 posts that I have created so far.

Thanks for writing in!

If you have activated Gutenberg, please try to deactivate the same. There’s a reported issue in our issue tracker regarding conflict with Yoast and Gutenberg affecting the integration of cornerstone and Yoast.
