YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter

Hello,

I have looked around online to find a solution and am struggling, can you help please?

I have a site I’m building and I’m looking to use the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin – it works great for filtering BUT when I use it, it stops all buttons, navigation links, modals etc. working unless I refresh the page. Also, when using the plugin, it adds a second scrollbar inside the browser window and it seems this is related to the issue. When I refresh everything is OK; the new scrollbar disappears and the links/buttons etc. work again.

Is there something I can do to either force a refresh on ajax success (may be outside of the scope of your support) or is there something else at play I can fix to make it work? I haven’t found anyone else online experiencing this issue so I am not sure what I can do to sort it.

I check your website and I was able to confirm your issue. Since it has something to do with 3rd party plugins like Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter and it will require some custom development to fix the issue, then it will fall under customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
