Yet another activation problem: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site

Suddenly the X theme is not validated. The same activation code that the site has been assigned for several years gives me an error now: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site…” I have tried revoking and reassigning. Site detalis following in private message.
