Thanks for reaching out!
I went ahead to check your website and I found out that there’s an incompatibility issue between Cornerstone and X theme. You have the latest version of the Cornerstone plugin while you have an old version of X 8.3.3 and I believe that’s the reason why you can’t edit the Cornerstone builder. To fix your issue, please do as follow:
- uninstall and delete the Cornerstone plugin ( to avoid any potential error when you upload the latest version of the X theme)
- Delete the old version of the X theme
- Upload the new version of the X theme
- Install and activate again the latest version of the Cornerstone plugin.
