XTheme Integrity- Footer in Media doesn't wrap

I’m using XTheme Integrity Stack and have my footer in the Footer Content Box, written in html. (I played around with the footer widgets and couldn’t get it to turn out the way I wanted it to.)
I have 3 columns, centered. While it is perfect on a desktop, on media, I cannot get the graphic in the middle column and text in the right column to wrap. I’m a novice at CSS, and have learned a lot through trial and error and searching codes through the XTheme forums, but this solution has eluded me for weeks now. Any help would be appreciated.

PS- Also, on the mobile platform, the phone number at the top has a grey background that I can’t figure out how to remove.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that you have added some custom HTML into the footer content and which has some broken HTML into it. I would suggest you fix the HTML and check if that resolves your issue, also I would suggest you not use the table as it might break in smaller devices.
