Xtheme and Rocketchat Live Chat Embed

Hi Support,

I’m trying to embed a Rocketchat Live Chat Widget and I’m having issues with how it’s displaying on mobile browsers. Part of the chat window and options are being cut off.

I’ve tried embedding as they’ve suggested which is in the footer. I’ve tried using a Functions.php script, and I’ve tried X-themes text and raw content features. They work fine for desktop but not on mobile.

I’ll link screen shots and show the embed code in the secure notes.

I know it’s third party, and I’ve already reached out to their support team, but I’m hoping you guys might have an idea.

Thanks for writing in!

I tried checking the websites that’s listed on your licence manager. I see WordFence activated on one of the website. Other dev URL is not working and one of the website I don’t see the chat option.

Further, Rocketchat Live Chat is a 3rd party system and the code is also a 3rd party script. In that regards, I suggest you to get in touch with there support team about responsivity of the chat box.

Hi @Prasant,

They are working, but they are restricted by IP address and more. I’m in healthcare.

I’ll wait for rocket-chat support and come back if their suggestion is inside the scope.

Thanks for updating the thread. :slight_smile:

If IP restriction is enabled then it becomes difficult for us to take a look at the website. Themeco staff are based around the world in different time zones. So for future communication and tickets, I would suggest you to remove IP blocking feature for time being.
