XPro Theme Builder not working on Chrome and other browser

Hi There,

Good day! I need some help with the website I’m working on using the XPro theme. When I go to Xpro > Launch, the website just keeps on loading with a white screen and doesn’t actually load the editor to build the website. This is the URL for accessing the website’s Xpro builder: http://www.taylord.mytechportal.net/x/ since I’m not using cornerstone.

The folks I work with outside the country can load it though. It’s only on my end that I’m not able to load the builder.
I hope I can get some help asap.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your screenshots (specially ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) and it seems to be related to your internet connection issue. Could you please check your firewall first or try to load using another computer.

Hi There,

Thank you for your fast response. I just checked and indeed it was a Firewall issue on my end.
Sine I can’t load my firewall settings correctly, I tried to install the chrome extension called Stealthy: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stealthy/ieaebnkibonmpbhdaanjkmedikadnoje?hl=en and it did the trick. I can now load the XPro Builder.
