XPro Footer Background Color missing(?)

Hello Everyone,

while using a costume footer in xPro (one bar for mobile, one bar for desktop) the background color of one of those bars is always missing. The bars are copys from each other - so i really don’t understand the problem.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your website it seems that you have not added background colour for the mobile footer.
Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
In Desktop, there is Background-color attributes CSS is working fine.

In the Mobile device, there is no Background-color attribute CSS

In case if it doesn’t help you please give us the following information in a Secure Note to help you further

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

I did add a background colour in the footer builder, but it seems to get lost. You can use the detaiils below to access the wordpress backend.

It also seems like it’s always the upper menu that gets somehow lost. I already tried to add a new footer from scratch (the one who we are talking about).

When I just re-save the your footer mobile bar option, your mobile footer is now working perfectly, . I didn’t change anything, maybe it has something to do with your server cache. See actual image from my phone.
