XPro editor not updating text and timing out

Hello,

I am trying to update a blog post with new content/text, but when I use the text editor in Pro, the changes in the copy are not showing up in the previewer. After a few moments of attempting to make changes to the text, the editor becomes unresponsive. When exiting the editor (without hitting save), the site times out and we are unable to get back into the dashboard for some time. The site/dash continues to try and load in the browser.

I have made sure all updates to wordpress and the theme were up-to-date. I have also disabled all plugins and tested a few times, but the issues are consistent.

I appreciate any help you can give me as we are trying to get blog posts set up on our site. (See secure note for login)

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site dashboard, I went ahead and checked your post content as well. It seems that the Pro builder is working fine at my end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. It would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser. Please find the screenshot in the secure note.
