Xampp Xtheme license issue

I have 5 domains/websites with xtheme licenses assigned to them.

My server was hacked and 4of the websites have been deleted. Domains remain.

I’m trying to create new websites off-line using xampp.

I am using same previous website localhost/location for my xampp test site.

No matter what I do I cannot use the previous licenses within xampp. Keep getting message that they’re already assigned.

I’ve tried going to my account page and all of the licenses are unlocked but I cannot reassign licenses to my off-line domain.

Any help appreciated.

Computers are logical.

Human beings not necessarily so.

Changing my THEMCO license login URL to my xampp localhost\www.xxxx.com website location solved my problem.

Hope this may help others trying to work on websites offline.
