Hi all,
Having an issue on one of my X sites. The validation screen appears as below:
Every time I try to paste in the license to validate it, the screen just goes white.
No way to update the theme or plugins, this is a live site.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in! This usually happens when you have updated Cornerstone yet using out dated X theme version.
To resolve this, please do the following:
1.) Go to the plugins section and deactivate Cornerstone. Once deactivated, delete Cornerstone.
2.) Go to X > Validation (or X > Addons on later versions) so that Cornerstone bundled in the installed X theme will be installed.
3.) You should be able to see the validation correctly.
If this is not helping, please provide WP access so that we can check your settings.
