X under construction plugin

Is it possible to download or purchase the x theme under construction plugin by itself without using x theme for the theme? as i usually use x but i cant for this certain website and i need the x under construction… pls help

Under construction plugin that comes bundled with X and Pro Theme is supposed to be used along with X and Pro Theme and is not up for sale separately. In case you wish to display under construction page, you have the option to download from WordPress.org plugin repository section.
