I installed X and got an offer after the installation for Pro conversion. I took the offer and aquired a pro license. I put down this pro license to activate the theme, it worked but I don’t see pro version. Urgent help needed. Thanks in advance.
Hi there,
X and Pro are separate themes so if you upgraded your license from X to Pro, you will also have to install and activate Pro as the Pro license will not work when you validate using X and vice versa.
You may download Pro in your dashboard here.
Once you have Pro installed and activated you can then validate it using the converted license.
