We are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP we can’t provide a specific IP address for whitelisting too. Alternatively, I would suggest you remove the IP(s) restrictions from your staging sites, or you can create a temporary staging without the IP restrictions.

Unfortunately, there is no option for on-call support. If you don’t want to post it in the forum you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support via email.
