X Theme & WooCommerce Product Images Not Loading Correctly

Having an issue when navigating my products pages - the single product images are loading very oddly - not at all, then to a square (vs full portrait), then after several clicks to various thumbnails to full portrait size. This isn’t a great experience, and I can’t figure out where/how to address it.

I wanted to attach a video to show the behavior, but the GIF is too large and you don’t accept MP4.

southboundque.com --> The Shop --> Pick a Single Product (yes, they’re all very tasty btw) --> Images

Click into a single product - first image will not load, you’ll have to click a secondary from the thumbnails like the label detail (which loads fine for some reason), then click another thumbnail image, it will load as a square (when it’s really a portrait format), then click back to first image which will now load to full portrait, then click back to thumbnail image that loaded as square to see it load as full portrait.

I’m using Chrome as browser.

Your image is loading from the WordPress CDN:

Are you using JetPack plugin? Could you please try turning off the image CDN of JetPack?

Greetings Thai - thanks for the advice - I tried disabling just the CDN piece, but still had issues. So, I disabled “lazy loading” as well and now it appears everything is working as expected! I’d appreciate you having a look and sharing your agreement or not.
