X Theme, Woo Cart/Checkout & USPS Shipping Method

Greetings,

I am experiencing some frustration with how shipping cost estimates are being handled on my site - I think it’s leading to cart abandonment due to misquoted shipping costs. I have attached screenshots of my Woo Shipping Settings and the Cart & Checkout screens where a hugely miscalculated rate is shown prior to any address entry.

Is there some way to force the Cart and Checkout templates to accept the Woo settings? Why are these costs showing when I’ve set them to be disabled until an address is entered?

Any feedback, direction, or thoughts are welcomed.

Flat rate shipping needs to be set up adding a shipping zone.
Please make sure that you have set up the shipping methods correctly. You may need to review this documentations:

Thanks RueNel - I think that did it! I had to disable the “Flat Rate” options in the USPS Shipping Rate Module - now nothing will show until a customer enters an address.
