X theme will not validate my licence

Entered my licence. Message says ‘Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.’

Upon checking your account I could see that you didn’t assign any website URLs to your license yet.

Could you please add your website then try validating again?

Yes I have done that. I am still receiving this message:

Would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi there,

I checked and the ajax requests are throwing internal server error and it’s unable to continue the process, unfortunately, the details isn’t being displayed. It’s a bit random so it’s best to check its error logs. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?

FTP Sent. Will this happen each time I install X theme. I have two more separate licences to install in the near future.

Okay. Thanks for trying but we’ve used X theme for years on other sites without this level of problems. We’re going to reset and work with an installable theme.

And we gave it one more try. Deleted Wordpress. Reinstalled Wordpress. Reinstalled X them and it validates now. ??

Hello there,

Can you confirm if this has been resolved? If you still have problems, kindly update the secure note with the correct Wordpress User/Pass & FTP Pass. The details aren’t working/missing. We will check the issue further once we got these details.
