X theme Website down after update

Hi there - we just updated to the latest x theme - and now our homepage displays (shortcode on the homepage) but all our other pages do not have shortcode - and therefore are not displaying correctly. We had major issues with the old X theme and thus installed the new version - and now we’re running into this issue.

Before we installed the new theme and cornerstone plugin, we created a backup of the site and Database. Considering I have extended support I hope we can get this issue addressed asap.

ok I just want to be sure I clarify - that I only see shortcode now on the homepage, and the accessibility page - and not on any other page. Furthermore - I’m not using any caching plugins. or cloudflare. I have cleared the cache and still seeing issues, WE have a full backup from before we updated the theme… but I’m just sort of baffled 1. that the transfer to the new theme wasn’t seamless and 2. that our content is gone…

We do have this backup we can use - but I would appreciate additional assistance on this one. as this website is very crucial to our prominent Local business, and has been a staple for us since we launched the site. Furthermore I’m paying for additional support. and the site now has been down for 2 days.

I have checked your site and I can see that you are already using Cornerstone 7.5.13 and the X theme 10.5.13 version. I do not see any shortcode in your homepage.

It is best that you create a staging site and do the updates and troubleshooting. Once the update is successful, you can push the updates to the live site. If you are not familiar on how to create a staging site, perhaps this can help:
