Hi… I would like to know how I can show videos on my homepage that only plays when the mouse is on the top of the thumbnail video, like here: http://rossching.com/

That is technically possible. However, that would fall beyond the scope of our support since it would require custom development.

So it doensn´t have a css code or plugin for that?

It will require much more development work then writing CSS codes. You can take a look at following plugin:
