X Theme Validation Issue

Each time I attempt to validate my license code, I get a blank page without any options. Other members of our team have had the same issues. Any idea what we need to do to complete the validation of our theme?

Thank you for the login information, but you did not add the URL of the website that you gave the User/Pass of. We are not sure which website you are talking about as you have many licenses.

Would you please kindly give us the URL of your WordPress installation to follow up?

Hello @jmartinos,

You were having the issue because you have Cornerstone 3.0.4 which is not compatible with X them 6.5.6.

Your X theme has been validated already.

How did I resolve it?

  • I went to the plugins section and deactivated Cornerstone 3.0.4
  • I have deleted the plugin completely.
  • I went back to X > Validation and Cornerstone 3.5.5 which is bundled in the current active X theme were installed automatically.
  • I then proceed with the validation.

You can now update to the latest version. Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 7.2.3
  • Cornerstone 4.2.3

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
